We focus on the following four issues: “Earth Environment”, “Risk and Security”, “Social Diversity and Inclusiveness”, and “Human Health and Wellbeing”. The students will learn these in a cross-sectoral manner. In the first half of the curriculum, in addition to taking liberal arts courses, the students acquire a basic knowledge of the global issues. Some courses are held at International Christian University. In the second half, while acquiring specialized knowledge on each issue in the seminars and practical training emphasizing dialogue and practice, the students select an issue for specialized research. They engage in a graduation research or long-term practical training that can contribute to the society. In all the classes, the medium of teaching is English.
